Congratulations to Sandra Hernandez for earning this month’s employee spotlight. Sandra is our staff accountant in our Mokena Office, we had a chance to ask Sandra some questions;
Q: What do you love most about your job?
A: What I love most about my job is being part of a collaborative team. I love the variety and problem solving involved in the work. Each day brings new challenges, and I enjoy contributing to accurate and timely processes that help support the company’s overall success.
Q: Describe an interesting hobby or pastime that you have.
A: I like to spend my free time running when the weather is nice and cooking. Running helps me recharge, and cooking allows me to relax and try new fun recipes.
Q: How have you impacted the team’s success?
A: I’ve impacted the team by helping improve processes, adapting to system changes, and assisting with problem solving when challenges come up. I’m always looking for ways to make workflows smoother and more efficient.
Q: Tell us about a professional success story that you’re proud of.
A: I’m proud of successfully taking on new responsibilities and being someone the team can rely on and trust with important tasks.
Q: What is your most memorable achievement in your career, and why?
A: My most memorable achievement is earning my college degree while working full time throughout all four years. It required dedication and helped shape my work ethic and professional development.

A: I’m proud to be part of an organization that values its employees and promotes teamwork, collaboration, and integrity. It’s rewarding to work alongside a team that is dedicated and supportive.

A: Dogs!! They’re basically happiness on four legs.
